Development workshops and experimental production represent VÚSH's technical facilities for converting designs into functional prototypes, test samples, or small series. We ensure the production of special components, molds, equipment, and laboratory aids that support research, technology verification, and specific industrial applications.

Production of glass-fiber reinforced concrete elements, PUR molded parts, and lime for special purposes. We provide technical support to manufacturing companies and custom production of building elements.
Development Workshops
Development and production of custom equipment and tools for testing building materials. We provide complete realization from design and prototyping to final production.
Experimental production and special production
We carry out experimental and small-batch production of construction and technical elements where standard serial solutions are insufficient. For example, we work with glass-fiber reinforced concrete elements, PUR components, special binders, or atypical parts for research and testing. Thanks to our close connection with laboratories, we can quickly verify new variants and adjust solutions based on test results.

- Glass-fiber reinforced concrete elements UHPC (UNICRET, urban furniture, road safety elements, etc.)
- PUR-based packaging elements, silicate binders (special lime VAAPNO, dolomitic limestones)

Development workshops
In our workshops, we develop and manufacture custom equipment, molding techniques, and laboratory aids for testing building materials. We manage the entire process from technical design and prototype production to operational debugging. The output can include individual tools, experimental devices, and specialized components for research and manufacturing.
